2. Payment Terms
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and online payments
- For COD orders, please keep exact change ready
- Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
3. Delivery Policy
- Free delivery on orders above ₹499
- Delivery charge of ₹30 applies for orders below the threshold
- Estimated delivery time: 30-45 mins for serviceable areas
- Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or high demand
- Customer must be available at the delivery address to receive the order
4. Returns & Refunds
- Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery
- Returns accepted for damaged, expired, or wrong products
- Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables) returns accepted only at time of delivery
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order
- Inspect products at the time of delivery
- Do not misuse promotional codes or offers
- Maintain respectful communication with delivery personnel
6. Intellectual Property

- Unauthorized use of our logo, images, or content is prohibited
- Product names and brands belong to their respective owners
